Taking place from November 14 to 18, 2023, this extraordinary event at Asaya Kitchen in Hong Kong promises to be a sought-after reservation. The 8-course plant-based tasting dinner menu, priced at HK$3,988 + 10% per guest, draws inspiration from Eleven Madison Park’s signature offerings and features the finest hand-picked produce from local organic farms. To complement these delectable dishes, wine pairing options have been carefully curated by Eleven Madison Park’s Wine Director, Gabriel Di Bella.
